For the first half of the semester in Figure Drawing, we were assigned to visit a museum every other week and sketch any figurative work we chose. Below are 10(ish) minute sketches I did at The Met, my favorite museum.
For our mid-term assignment, we chose one artist that we admired while doing our sketches and researched their work. From there, we made 5 quick sketches and 1 finished drawing of their work. I chose Edgar Degas.
